Cancellation and refund policy
Effective: 2026-10-28
Cancel at least 72 hours before 2:00 PM check-in (India time) for a 100% refund; from 24 to less than 72 hours for 50%; less than 24 hours or a no-show: no refund. If the hotel cannot provide confirmed accommodation, a full refund applies. Contact the hotel for cancellation or date changes. Refunds require staff review. This standard policy applies to all dates.
