Dew Hill Retreat is at Chathanattu Arcade, Anakkara, Thekkady. Dew Suite rooms 109–111 are ₹4,500 per night, Dew Executive rooms 101–104 ₹3,800, and Dew Deluxe rooms 105–108 ₹3,500. The rate covers two adults and up to two children under 12 sharing existing bedding. Guests aged 12 or above count as adults. Each room accommodates at most six people and two extra beds. Extra adult beds cost ₹800 per night and extra child beds ₹400 per night; mixed combinations are allowed and no separate extra-person charge is added for the same bed occupant. Breakfast is not included. No GST is charged under the current management-approved billing configuration. Check-in is 2:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM, India time. Minimum stay is one night. Online paid reservations are not currently available. When online payment is enabled, website reservations require full payment and become confirmed only after the backend independently verifies capture. A temporary hold or enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. Contact the hotel for cancellations and date modifications; date changes depend on availability. Cancel at least 72 hours before 2:00 PM check-in (India time) for a 100% refund; from 24 to less than 72 hours for 50%; less than 24 hours or a no-show: no refund. If the hotel cannot provide confirmed accommodation, a full refund applies. Contact the hotel for cancellation or date changes. Refunds require staff review.
